We will award the Howard Engelman $1,000.00 Music Scholarship Prize. Dear Music Lover, Our 55th Aniversary Season promises to be truly exceptional. We have prepared four concerts, each offering different levels of musical experience. We are presenting world class soloists and top musicians, many of them from the Los Angeles Philharmonic and other first class orchestras. Our concerts are FREE, but we have to pay $10,000 to produce each concert. Money from grants and foundations is slim these days because of our faltering economy and current wars gobbling up funds. Please help us continue these wonderful Sunday afternoon concerts. Your contributions are greatly appreciated. Please be generous. Music is the universal language that enriches all our lives. Let s continue to share this treasure with each other. Sincerely, Bob Engelman |
